AdvisorSurge ("we") runs advisorsurge.com. This policy explains what the site collects, why, who receives it and what you can ask us to do with it.

The site is for independent financial advisors and RIAs thinking about working with us. It is not meant for anyone under 18.

What we collect

  • Check My Metro. Your metro and your yes or no answers to the questions on that page. This site does not store them. When you reach the last step, they are sent with you to our booking calendar.
  • Booking a call. If you book, the calendar asks for your contact details (such as your name, email address and phone number) and the time you pick.
  • Where you came from. If you arrived from an ad or a tracked link, the link's tags (such as utm_source or fbclid) are kept in your browser for that visit and sent to the calendar with your answers, so we know which ad or link brought you.
  • The example on our home page. If you type your name into "See it with your name", it stays in your browser so the example can show it. It is never sent to us. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.
  • Server logs. The company that hosts the site, Vercel, keeps standard logs of requests, such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages asked for.

This site sets no cookies of its own. The booking calendar may set its own.

How we use it

  • to see whether your metro is open and whether our service fits your practice;
  • to prepare for our call and to contact you about it;
  • to keep the site working and secure.

Who receives it

  • GoHighLevel, which runs our booking calendar and stores booking details for us;
  • Vercel, which serves the site;
  • the people at AdvisorSurge who prepare for and take your call.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking details only as long as we need them to arrange your call and follow up on it. Check My Metro answers that never become a booking are not stored by this site.

Your choices

  • Email [privacy email] to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted.
  • Every email we send has a way to unsubscribe. If we text you, reply STOP to stop the texts.
  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Changes

If we change this policy, we post the new version here with a new date.
